No loop sound

Congratulations. I have a 12.9 2generation ipad pro. I downloaded the app and everything works properly except the loops. I can hear them play in the background when I play on the pad. That is, while playing, if Im leaving the contact with the pad, the loops also stop. I reinstalled several times and the problem persists. On the iPhone everything works properly and so on the iPad mini I have. Could it be that the app is not compatible with iPad Pro?
