Version 1.4.5 all kinds of new sets - no sound

Just upgraded to version 1.4.5 on my Ipad.
To my surprise I saw a lot of extra instrument sets. Bought them all!
Unfortunately, most of them will show up in 1.4.5 as instrument, but they produce no sound at all.
Any others with same issues?
Affected sets:
- JS Hang and World Pack
- Calabash and Krakab Pack
- Bodgran, Talk, and Banda Snare Pack
- Clocks, Caxixi and Frame Drum
- RE Mix brushes on big drums
- Bug drums.
- RE Mex brushes on Hi Pitch drums
